Return & Exchange Policy
At deLULU, we are committed to ensuring that every order reaches you in perfect condition. If you experience any issue with your purchase, we will do our best to provide a smooth and satisfactory solution.
1- Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the product must be:
• Unused and unopened
• In the same condition in which it was received
For return or exchange requests excluding: ( defective product, mismatched order ), shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
2- Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If there a mismatch or damage to the product ordered, please contact us as soon as possible.
In such cases:
• The product will be replaced at no additional cost
• All shipping costs related to the replacement will be covered by deLULU
Please take into consideration that minor leaks or imperfections may occur for multiple reasons including but not limited to:
1. temperature.
2. Shipping.
(but are not always considered grounds for a return).
3- Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected to ensure it meets the return policy requirements, the request will be reviewed and the appropriate refund process will be arranged based on the order status and purchase method.
4- Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
To maintain hygiene and product safety standards, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
• Opened or used products
• Products that are not in their original condition
• Return requests after the eligible return period
